Consent to Marketing Messages and Calls
What the optional marketing boxes mean, and how to withdraw them.
1. Sender

2. Marketing content
Party and event invitations, promotions, discounts, club rewards, table reservation offers and personalized FASHION BAR CLUB benefits.
3. SMS and email
By separately opting in, the member agrees to receive promotional SMS messages and emails at the contact details provided. SMS messages may be delivered using 019.
4. Marketing telephone calls
Consent to promotional phone calls is requested separately from SMS/email consent. Calls are made only where permitted under Israeli consumer-protection rules, including consent and Do Not Call requirements. Telephone marketing consent lasts one year; a new consent is required after that period.
5. Optional and revocable
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of joining the club. It may be withdrawn in the account or on the website’s unsubscribe page, through the unsubscribe mechanism in messages, or by contacting michaelangelprooo@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or necessary service notifications.
6. Records
The company records the consent text version, chosen channels, date and time of opt-in and withdrawal, account identifier and appropriate evidence. Each channel can be disabled independently.
7. Law
Israeli law applies, including the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982, Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
